Key Development:

1. Ssangyong Motor and Edison Motors Consortium signed an MOU on Nov. 2 :

Edison Motors Consortium shall be the exclusive preferred bidder for the M&A from the day of signing for the next three months,

or till the day the MOU is terminated, or till the main contract is signed, whichever date comes first.

However, if the signing parties agree and the Court permits, the date can be extended.
